This year the Oxford Round Table fireworks asked Friends of South Park if they would volunteer to collect rubbish with them in the park after the fireworks event. On the Sunday morning a group of volunteers arrived. Donned in gloves and with pickers, kindly provided by Round Table, the group set to work. Within a few hours the park was clear. In return for our hard work Round Table made a generous contribution of £250 to FOSP for which we are very thankful.
